The Fleet Feet run/walk group is for everyone. These group runs are free. It is a non-competitive, social group where you can run or walk at your own pace. These groups do not have pace groups or leaders.

Tuesday Track Workout/Hill Run
Starting April 3rd, 2018 - 6:30 pm at the Pleasanton Middle School track, on the corner of Bernal and Case. Work on speed and form doing repeats on the track. All levels welcome.
In the fall, we switch to hill workouts! 6:30 pm at Fleet Feet Pleasanton for hill repeats during the dark winter months!
Saturday Run/Walk Group
9:00 am from Fleet Feet. This group meets year-round, rain or shine. This is the largest group and includes both walkers and runners. Routes change weekly for variety. 3 to 8 miles depending on the course chosen for that week. Just show up and introduce yourself. This group does not have pace groups or run leaders.
