Make it a Mile:  Make it a Mile is a four-week walking/running program designed to help beginner take the first steps to running a whole mile.  The program helps to prepare you for our Spring 5k class.   Learn more about our Make it a Mile program

10k Training: Have you completed a 5k and want to go further?  Our 9 week program is designed for those looking to increase their distance from a 5k to a 10k, looking to improve their 10k time, or someone just looking for a group to run with on those longer distances.  Our program uses the run/walk method of training.  Info about our Spring program is coming soon!

Half Marathon TrainingWe utilize the run/walk method to help you reach your 13.1 mile goals. This class is perfect for first-timers or those that want company and to have fun while training for your next half marathon. Spring and fall training options:

Marathon Training:  Marathon training will begin in the Fall of 2018, with the goal race of the California International Marathon on December 2nd.  The class is operated via the Fleet Feet .  Learn more about our Marathon Training.

Trail Running Program:  In Spring of 2019, we are training for the Horseshoe Lake Trail Run on May 5th, 2019.  This is a non-coached, casual group, but offers weekly Sunday long runs, training programs if you need one, advice and encouragement and a private Facebook group. This group is operated in the Spring season, through the Fleet Feet Distance 365.  Learn More about our Trail Running Program!

Fleet Feet Distance 365:  Do you like to keep one foot on the trail and one foot on the road?  Distance 365 is an annual program designed for both! From January to June, we train on trails and provide guidance on how to run safely on various trails in the Tri-Valley area. Fleet Feet Drop-in Run Club: The Fleet Feet run club is for everyone, whether you run or walk. These group runs are free. It is a non-competitive, social group where you can run or walk at your own pace. Learn more about Fleet Feet Drop-in Run Club.
