The Triathlon 101 Program is an introductory course to the world of triathlons by helping any beginning participant complete a Sprint Triathlon in 7 weeks. This class is also appropriate for experienced sprint triathletes that want extra coaching for improved performance. It will be a complete cross-training program developed to help you finish a 400 yard swim, 11 mile bike ride and a 5K (3.1 miles) run. Our goal race is the Tri For Fun Sprint Triathlon on June 18, 2016 at Shadow Cliffs Regional Park. This 7-week training program will put an emphasis on creating a fun, comfortable and motivating atmosphere for learning how to improve your swimming, biking and running skills, and how to put it all together for the triathlon. This is a co-ed class.
**If you only want the swim training for triathlon, see Swim Training
